To be able to guarantee the success of your visit in the best possible way, we would like you to follow all our terms and conditions. Hotel reserves the right to use special terms during National holidays, special events, seasonal variations or during maintenance work to the property.
These terms and conditions are valid from when you receive your booking confirmation, pay
deposit – or make full payment of your accommodation. During your booking you need to
state your full name, address, arrival -and departure time, payment type, and your credit
card details including valid from/ to date and year. Credit card will be used for confirming
your booking or payment of your deposit if this has been agreed between client and hotel.
HOTEL ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Room will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and you must check out by 12:00 on
the day of departure. Hotel can agree to earlier check-ins or later check-outs but these must
be agreed with the hotel in advance and will be mentioned in your booking confirmation.
Your booking will be valid until 6 pm on the arrival date, unless later arrival has been agreed
with the hotel in advance. Hotel reserves a right to re-book the room in case of no show.
Arrivals after reception opening times need to be agreed with reception as well as late check-outs.
PAYMENTS
Reservations made on the online store are being charged right away.
Reservations made by email or phone will be charged at the reception upon arrival during low season (1.4 - 30.10.).
During high season 1.11 - 30.3.
Reservations made by email or phone will be charged the total sum of the accommodation by sending a bank transfer invoice via email with 5€ invoicing fee or a credit card payment link with 3% processing costs of total sum 45 days before the arrival.
In case of not completing, the reservation will be cancelled the next day after the due dates.
CANCELLATIONS
The customer can cancel their booking for free until 6PM day before their arrival during the time of 1.4-30.10. During 1.11 - 30.3 pre-payments can be refunded, if cancellation has been made at least 31 days prior to the arrival.
In case of Force Majeure like lockdowns, pandemia cancelled flights etc, we give a full 100%
refund after confirmed cancellation (inside 14 days).
In case of no show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the client full price of the booked accommodation.
Cancellations must be made in writing to: Email address info@metsahirvas.fi. Cancellation is
counted valid from the time it arrives to the sales office/ customer service or to the reception by email.
MEANS OF PAYMENTS
We accept most major credit- and debit cards and cash.
We will not accept any foreign currency, coupons or cheques.
If we send an invoice for payment of deposits or Nets credit
card payment link:
Failing to make your pre-payment/ deposit payment will result in
cancelation of your reservation.
The client is responsible for all possible bank charges and credit card payment link fees.
STAYING AT THE HOTEL
Smoking is prohibited in all the hotel rooms and everywhere inside the hotel. Smoking is prohibited only in designated smoking areas. For any unauthorized smoking we charge a two day’s room charge plus laundry bill for any textiles. The guest is responsible for any damage to hotel property, fixtures/ fittings, or premises.
Hotel will not take responsibility for any allergic reactions caused by animals, or for any other
medical problems. Please report any missing hotel room equipment or any concerns about
the general condition of the hotel room to the reception. We follow good manners and hotel rules at the hotel. In case of breaking these rules, you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such a case you are still having to pay for the accommodation and all other
services ordered. You are not eligible to claim a refund of the payment already made.
HOTELS RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMER'S LUGGAGE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND CAR PARKS
The guest is responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. Hotel does not take
responsibility for cars or other vehicles parked on the premises, nor for items left in the car or
vehicles during the stay. This will be a sole responsibility of the car/ vehicle owner or person renting the car or the vehicle.
FORCE MAJEURE
Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation in a case of force majeure, when the hotel
cannot fulfil promised services to the customer. These events include workforce disputes/
strikes, fire or water damage to the buildings, natural catastrophe, or state of war or any other unforeseen event of this nature. In these cases customers will be fully refunded their
booking fees.
